- Before each project, we carefully assess the area and the intentional use for the space. We take an evaluation of what storage devices will be needed. We then carefully remove ALL items from the room if necessary, place all like items together, and then place the items in the purposed container or storage bin. We then replace the nicely organized items back in the room of intention. Everything will have a place and everything will look nice and neat and be easy to find.
- We keep track of the things that we are organizing and we offer a binder of the things that have been organized so that you’ll know exactly what you have, how much, and where it is. This binder system is just one of the things that allows IJTS to stand out from the rest. If you’re looking for your bobby pins and can’t remember where they are stored, just look in your binder under the b’s to find the location of the bobby pins. It’s Just That Simple! We’ll take care of all your organizing needs.
- After the organizing session is complete, the IJTS organizing team will be available to assist with keeping everything in its place. We can schedule weekly, monthly, or as needed maintenance appointments. We’ll be here to help you along the way and definitely afterwards. Getting and staying organized is a lifestyle change and it is not easy at first. But with a little help and guidance from our team of experts, it can become just that simple.
Also, IJTS can set up offices, create filing systems, manage paperwork, design floor plans, improve work flow, organize hobby rooms, prepare homes for showings, photograph organizing, and much more. When we’re done, everything will have a place and you’ll have an inventory of all your things.
